I've been there a few times, once they repaired my watch bracelet at no charge. They couldn't work on my Ebel, so they shipped it free of charge to get a quote. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

felt I couldn't wear it all the time. I was explaining this to Jeff, and was wishing out loud that I could get a setting that allows me to wear the ring all the time, but that I work out with weights, play tennis, and work in an animal shelter. Jeff showed me a ring that was designed for a triathlete who wanted to be able to wear her ring all the time and it was exactly what I wanted! We added 2 more stones to my solitaire, the setting is beautiful, yet very sturdy - Jeff and the staff were wonderful to work with, and I am over-the-moon thrilled with my ring. Oh, and I was surprised by the price - in a good way! Jeff was able to set the ring how I wanted yet he was able to stay within my budget. He has a life-long customer in me!

for assistance, the staff were very courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all the dumb questions I had as a guy about to make the biggest financial decision of his life. I had only a rough image in my head of the ring I wanted to give my girl, and it did not fit a common mold. Jeff worked with me personally over months to make sure that she got exactly what she wanted; I honestly cannot believe how well it turned out. He and his staff made sure I was comfortable with the process and kept me in the loop at every step along the way, from choosing the right stone to picking the perfect mount. He also worked with me to make sure that price was within our agreed budget at every step as well. I never once felt pressured into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. As someone who worked in sales, I was very impressed with William Jeffrey's professionalism. They are people who clearly care about what they do. As a side note.
